Position Summary:
Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Lead Enterprise Schedule Analyst to work in support of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA). In this key role, you will work with systems engineers and program, project, and segment managers to provide leadership of schedule development and management activities to include overseeing the development of integrated schedules, collecting and reviewing program, project and segment data for updating and maintaining integrated schedules, conducting critical path analysis, identifying schedule dependencies, conducting "What-if?" analyses, and providing comprehensive visualization/reporting.
This position does not permit hybrid or remote work with all job duties performed full-time onsite at the client facility in Springfield, VA.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Utilize ServiceNow to manage workflow automation, service requests, approval processes, and operational reporting.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly status reports for leadership and program stakeholders.
Monitor schedule slippage and delays. Explain reasons behind delays
Coordinate schedule updates with program managers an engineering leads
Required Qualifications:
Possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
10+ years of enterprise scheduling experience
5+ years of work experience in government or industry establishing, managing, and/or leading tool-based schedule management and reporting processes for traditional and Agile-based efforts
Bachelor's degree in technical or scientific fields such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program
Demonstrated proficiency in management and operation of Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tool/service for definition, maintenance and reporting of program, project, and enterprise-level schedule information
Working knowledge of Tableau for data visualization, dashboard development, and reporting analysis
Ability to leverage these tools to support program management, project execution, performance tracking, and organizational objectives
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with ServiceNow and its capabilities, including service management processes, workflow automation, and reporting functions.

Full Time Salary Range for this position for this position:
$119,000 $172,000 USD
