Waterman's, Chix, and The Shack are seeking a skilled and dedicated team member to join our maintenance department. As an in‑house repair facility, we handle all cooking, refrigeration, HVAC, and specialty equipment. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigeration & HVAC equipment.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and leadership to resolve challenges efficiently.
• Replace parts, identify issues, recommend upgrades, replace filters, and sanitize equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation, organization, and safety protocols.
• Perform monthly maintenance on all HVAC/R equipment.
• In addition to these responsibilities, you will receive training as a restaurant equipment technician under the lead maintenance technician.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in a technical field in HVAC/R
• Valid EPA certification
• Basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Flexibility for on‑call rotations (nights/weekends).
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications - CFESA
• Experience repairing commercial kitchen equipment
• Self‑driven, independent work style

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work at heights
• Adaptability to diverse environments
