Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all food safety and food handling standards are met.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently.
• Restock supplies as needed, and report shortages to management promptly.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality, especially in bartending roles within casual dining.
• Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with an energetic and approachable demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate billing.

Pay

Pay is a combination of wage and tip pool. Its combine and all goes on your paycheck.
