Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret financial data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Develop financial models and reports for leadership.
• Analyze business performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Evaluate financial risks and recommend solutions to mitigate potential issues.
• Support investment analysis and capital planning initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and business recommendations.
• Mentor or provide guidance to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting-REQUIRED
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting (5+ Years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial planning, investment analysis, or corporate finance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Position Details
