Woven Care is expanding from 12 clinics in Colorado into Salt Lake City — and we're just getting started. We plan to 4x our clinic footprint over the next few years, and we're looking for someone to help lead that charge.
About the Role
The Growth Marketing Manager is a senior individual contributor at the intersection of business development, community-building, and data-driven marketing. You'll own on-the-ground growth efforts in our new SLC market while partnering with the Director of Marketing and company leadership to build a repeatable playbook for future launches. There's a clear pathway to management as the team grows.
The Ideal Candidate
Is motivated by patient access — understanding that every new market launched means more children getting care

Is a natural relationship-builder who earns trust quickly with providers, community leaders, and executive stakeholders
Is excited to build a network from scratch, including doing cold outreach
Is data-fluent: comfortable setting KPIs, tracking performance, and adjusting strategy based on results
Thrives in a fast-moving environment, has low ego, high integrity, and a collaborative spirit
What You'll Own

Build and maintain a referral network across pediatricians, PCPs, specialists, and school-based clinicians in SLC

Develop co-marketing initiatives and represent Woven Care at local events, health fairs, and community forums
Corporate Strategic Partnerships
Lead high-level outreach to healthcare networks, regional/national insurers, and employer groups
Build business cases for partnership opportunities, including ROI modeling
Develop executive-ready presentations and performance reports
Advertising Paid Media
Partner with the Director of Marketing to launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
Oversee traditional advertising (print, OOH, radio) and manage vendor relationships in the SLC market
Track campaign performance against KPIs and report regularly on reach, CPA, and ROI
New Market Launch Clinic Growth
Own caseload-filling efforts at new SLC clinic locations across all channels
Help develop and refine a repeatable market launch playbook for future expansion
Analyze market data and competitive dynamics to surface growth opportunities
Set and report on clear growth targets for the SLC market
