Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound contacts from Dutch-speaking travellers via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely assistance regarding reservations, bookings, and travel itineraries on the Booking.com platform.
Assist customers with new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues related to accommodation, payment discrepancies, or booking errors, delivering swift and satisfactory outcomes for all parties involved.
Liaise effectively with hotels, property partners, and third-party travel suppliers on behalf of Dutch-speaking customers to confirm, amend, or escalate booking-related matters.
Provide expert guidance to travellers on destination information, property amenities, cancellation policies, and travel documentation requirements.
Accurately document all customer interactions, case notes, and resolutions within the CRM system, maintaining meticulous records in line with data compliance standards.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell travel products and services, contributing to team performance targets and overall revenue goals within the travel industry.
Collaborate with team leaders and quality assurance coaches to continuously improve service delivery, share best practices, and support a culture of excellence within the reservations department.
