$20 to $50 per flat rate hour

The Experienced Service Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repairs and maintenance according to dealer and factory standards, overseeing apprentice technicians as assigned.

Responsibilities include:

Receiving repair orders and performing repairs as outlined

Diagnosing vehicle issues and performing repairs

Coordinating with parts department for needed parts

Tagging and saving parts under warranty or customer request

Assessing vehicles for additional safety or service needs

Communicating with service advisors about repairs and timelines

Documenting all work performed

Road-testing vehicles when necessary

Supervising apprentice technicians

Attending factory training and staying updated on technical bulletins

Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the shop

Qualifications:

High CSI required

ASE or manufacturing training (2-6 years experience, Mercedes-Benz brand preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Authorized to work in the USA

Ability to pass background checks, MVR, drug tests, and pre-employment screenings
