Production Team Member

SUMMARY: The Production Team Member is responsible for assembling component parts together and performing quality inspections on an assembly line.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Works in a team environment with other team members in the processes of problem solving, suggestion implementation and team building.
• Monitors and tracks key operational metrics for your particular assembly line. This includes tracking and analyzing OEE, PPM, Scrap, Rework, and Throughput.
• Works to assure that customers receive products on-time and at the proper quality level.
• Supports continuous improvement by participation in employee involvement teams and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintains good housekeeping and operates equipment in a safe manner at all times. Corrects or communicates to supervision any unsafe condition that you may encounter. Uses all required safety equipment at all times.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
