Headset Technician
You in This Role In this role, you’ll assemble, inspect, and prepare FPV headset components used in real-world drone operations. This is hands-on, detail-driven work that demands consistency, focus, and strict adherence to work instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Quality isn’t a nice-to-have—it’s the standard. These headsets support mission-critical drone applications, not consumer toys.

A Day in the Life
Assemble FPV headset components according to documented work instructions
Perform repetitive, hands-on assembly tasks with precision and consistency
Inspect individual parts and finished products to identify defects or quality issues
Use hand tools and basic electronic testing equipment
Meet daily production schedules and output targets
Accurately document completed work, scrap, and rework
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
Escalate quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Follow all safety, quality, and company policies at all times

Take ownership of workmanship and quality at your workstation—no hand-offs, no excuses
Support production efficiency by staying focused, reliable, and output-driven
Help prevent defects and rework by catching issues early and speaking up
Contribute to a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Adapt quickly to production changes, updated instructions, or shifting priorities
Represent American manufacturing standards through consistency and attention to detail
