Hampel Oil Distributors has a Fuel Dispatch Supervisor position available.

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working with teammates and customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in oil lubricant & fuel deliveries.

Here are the details:

• Starting pay range: $28 - $34 per hour.
• Schedule is 7a-5p Monday - Friday. Some weekend availability is required.

What Will You Do:

• Dispatch fuel transports and tank wagons daily at our Wichita, KS branch
• Build strong relationships with associates and customers
• Develop employees and company culture by promoting mutual respect for each other, a positive regard for company growth, training, development, and retention of employees.
• Support and demonstrate company culture and values with coworkers and customers
• Always put safety first

Job Requirements:

What Skills and Experience We are Looking For:

• 3-5 years of dispatch or fuel experience
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, work in a demanding and fast-paced environment, taking calls beyond office time is a must
• Ability to motivate drivers
• Supervisory experience with strong leadership and decision-making skills including proven experience successfully coaching and mentoring employees
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of computers and software (SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.)

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• CDL A License with hazmat endorsement
• 5-10 years experience in the fuel and lubricant industry
• Knowledge of the Hampel Oil’s business and customer base
