CNA/HHA 12 hours Days

We are currently seeking a caring and reliable Caregiver/Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care for an elderly female client in Creston, Iowa during 12-hour daytime shifts. Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities, including personal care assistance, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Engage the client in activities such as conversation, reading, music, puzzles, and other hobbies.
• Monitor client well-being and report any changes to the care team.
