Health Promotion & Testing Counselor - Miami/Dade & Broward

The Health Promotion and Testing Counselor is responsible for promoting health screenings and agency services, providing testing and counseling services, and facilitating access to treatment for clients. This role primarily serves individuals at high risk for HIV, other sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and other serious health conditions. The counselor also ensures appropriate coordination of care by providing referrals to Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, and other related services, as needed.
