Role and Responsibilities:

As a Catering Server, you will support guest experiences by coordinating service flow, welcoming guests, and maintaining an organized and positive service environment. The Catering Server contributes to smooth operations by communicating clearly and ensuring guests feel comfortable and well-supported.

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Escort guests as needed and provide menus or service guidance
• Manage guest flow and assist with coordinating service timing
• Communicate clearly with team members to support efficient service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable service area

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 17 years of age to perform the duties of a Catering Server
• Strong customer service skills and effective interpersonal communication
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting guest service in a restaurant or hospitality environment

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay ranging from $9.78 to $11.80 based on a 40-hour workweek
