What You’ll Do as a Dental Assistant:

  • Create a positive and personalized experience for every patient.
  • Build rapport with patients to ensure a memorable visit.
  • Schedule patient appointments while managing potential scheduling conflicts.
  • Prepare dental materials and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient treatments.
  • Maintain dental instruments, supplies, and inventory to support high-quality care.
  • Assist with patient management during procedures to create a seamless experience.
  • Present treatment plans to patients as needed.
  • Support team members and proactively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Adapt to different work assignments within the practice, including potential travel to other locations.
