Substitute for regular teachers on an as-needed basis.

Job Related Skills:

• Some knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques appropriate to teaching the courses assigned.
• Ability to instruct and manage students.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to successfully interact with students, other educators and educational institution representatives, and the general public in a professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise classroom of students
• Be an advocate for Lipscomb Academy
• Present lessons and guide students through the grade level standards
• Embody professionalism
