We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy Medical Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working as part of a team. As the first face patients see, you will be central to creating a smooth, welcoming experience, balancing multiple tasks at once while collaborating closely with clinical and administrative staff to keep our practice running efficiently.

We are looking for candidate that has the:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting — staying calm, focused, and efficient under pressure

  • Strong multitasking ability — comfortable juggling phones, check-ins, and administrative tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable and confident with technology — EHR systems, scheduling software, and digital tools
  • True team player — positive attitude, reliable, and willing to pitch in to support colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and coworkers
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office training a plus

Preferred qualifications

  • Preferred Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish or other languages strongly encouraged to apply)
  • 1+ year of experience in a medical, dental, or healthcare front desk role
  • Familiarity with insurance verification and prior authorization processes
  • Experience with EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, or similar systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
