Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the club (3 spaces, approximately 10 staff members), including overseeing staff, scheduling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Utilize kitchen management skills to maintain food quality standards, control inventory, and minimize waste, including assisting with cooking and food preparation as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and implement proper sanitation procedures.
Provide shift management to ensure smooth operations during all hours of club operation.
