Paralegal

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Paralegal to join our fast-growing and fast-paced pharmaceutical, telehealth and technology company to support our legal, regulatory and compliance operations. This position will research, gather, organize, prepare, and summarize relevant materials for use by internal and external attorneys in a broad range of corporate, transactional & regulatory matters.

It is imperative that the individual in this position has considerable experience and understanding of how to manage legal documents in a sophisticated capacity. The primary responsibilities will include document support for the attorneys, in addition to coordinating and managing the daily activities and documents. This role will help ensure that our business practices, marketing, operations, and clinical workflows comply with federal and state laws related to telemedicine, prescription fulfillment, privacy, and consumer protection.

The ideal candidate ideally has a strong background in healthcare, telehealth, or pharmaceutical law (strongly preferred), exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
