Business Analyst II / Sr. Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is a core member of NEPC’s Business Analysis team, responsible for partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams to improve processes, enable scalable solutions, and support key firm-wide initiatives. This role operates at the intersection of business operations, technology, and data - working across departments to understand how teams function today, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, transparency, and user experience.
