Condominium Housekeeper

Location: Miami Beach, FL

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Days Off: Tuesday & Wednesday

Oceanfront Plaza Condominium Association is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the common areas of our 192-unit oceanfront condominium. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the building's shared spaces only and does not include housekeeping inside individual condominium units. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is a team player.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all condominium common areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, laundry rooms, fitness center, club room, restrooms, stairwells, and other shared spaces.
• Assist with the delivery and retrieval of trash dumpsters for scheduled waste collection.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience in a condominium, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, and moving trash dumpsters.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
