FP&A Analyst Sr, Portfolio Management

Finance of America is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to support reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis for the Portfolio Management business segment. This role develops financial models to forecast portfolio performance, servicing profitability, and cash flows; analyzes portfolio trends and key performance metrics; and partners with Portfolio Management, Servicing, Capital Markets, and Finance teams to identify opportunities and risks. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, executive reporting, and evaluating the financial impact of portfolio acquisitions and servicing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating complex data into actionable business insights.
