What You’ll Do
You will run the day-to-day alongside your Store Manager, with real ownership over results:
- Assist fellow store team members in sales, inventory, delivery, and service with a smile
- Drive store revenue by consistently hitting and surpassing company sales targets
- Manage store inventory and ensure accurate cash reconciliation
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience such as: greeting, assisting, and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
- Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives.
- Assist with product deliveries, setup, service, and returns as needed
- Support the Store Manager in all operational duties
