AAAA Mini Storage is looking for a person who will manage daily operations of a self-storage business including but not limited to:
- Rent self storage units and sell packing supplies to meet the needs of prospective customers.
- Manage occupancy and efficiency of business with local marketing and business outreach.
- Perform daily lock checks, monitor gate and camera activity (as needed).
- Accept payments, balance the register and prepare deposits.
- Help customers with questions, concerns, billing (in person, phone, and email/web inquiries) or any other requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Plan capital projects and daily schedules with co-workers and maintenance.
- Perform clerical duties, keep the office tidy and supplies filed/ordered.
- High level of scheduling and organizational skills.
- Manage delinquencies and collections.
Job Requirements
- Customer service oriented.
- Retail sales, customer service and cash management experience is required.
- Must be friendly, professional, motivated, responsible, and dependable.
- Willingness to learn, work well with others.
- Ability to interact positively and productively (through written and verbal communications) with customers and co-workers.
- Computer literate. Will work with management software, Outlook and other property specific programs.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively (multitasking), while maintaining attention to detail.
- GED or High School Diploma required. AA degree will give applicant an edge in resume preview.
- Management experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
