About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Coach & Investment Mentor to support members throughout an 8-week financial education program.
In this role, you will guide members from onboarding through program completion, lead group sessions, conduct 1:1 follow-ups, answer questions inside the community, and help members stay motivated and accountable. You will become a trusted educational guide for participants, helping them understand investment concepts clearly while creating a warm, energetic, and confidence-building experience.
This is a highly visible role that combines financial education, customer success, community engagement, coaching, and on-camera facilitation.
Responsibilities
Guide members through weeks 3–8 of an 8-week financial education program.
Lead live group sessions and support 1:1 coaching when needed.
Onboard new members and help them stay engaged throughout the program.
Answer questions and provide support through Skool, DMs, and community posts.
Explain financial and investment concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging way.
Track member progress, feedback, and participation.
Help collect testimonials, wins, and member success stories.
Use AI tools and internal systems to improve the member experience.
