Strong commitment to community involvement Benefits offered once hired on:Medical, Dental, Vision401kPaid time offProfit SharingLong-term disability & Short-term disabilityQuarterly bonusesFamily-like culture Responsibilities of Welder:Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to weld steel and galvanized materials.Perform welding in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner.Adjust welding machines as needed to maintain weld quality.Produce welds with minimal smoke, splatter, or defects.Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and prints.Manufacture products using fixtures or welding tables when required.Use measuring tools such as tape measures, protractors, clamps, and hand tools.Maintain consistent production levels and quality standards.Communicate production issues to supervisors and team members.Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures.
