Recruiter (hourly recruitment)

Recruiter I II - San Diego, CA

This position is an 11‑month contract role with potential to extend.

Manage full‑cycle recruiting for technical roles, focusing on SDE II and SDE III talent

Proactively source candidates using job boards, internal tools, and creative sourcing strategies

Conduct recruiter phone screens and assess candidate qualifications

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring goals and priorities

Send and manage candidate assessments and track progress through hiring stages

Drive sourcing initiatives and continuously improve recruiting strategies

Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

Manage multiple requisitions, projects, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously

7+ years of corporate and/or agency technical recruiting experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong experience in full‑cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing

Proven experience recruiting for software engineering roles (SDE preferred)

Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies

Demonstrated ability to build and drive talent pipelines

Experience developing and executing recruiting strategies

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience with diversity sourcing and employer branding initiatives

48.41 to $53.41 per hour.
