The Role We are seeking a mid-level Production Associate to join our fast-paced assembly team, there is many roles available. In this role, you won't just be pushing buttons—you will be using your mechanical aptitude to build complex, high-quality data center enclosures from the ground up. You’ll transform fabricated sheet metal into fully integrated, high-tech rack systems, ensuring every bolt, cable manager, and locking door is perfectly aligned.
salary: $24 - $27 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 10 PM - 6:30 AM

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate manufacturing equipment such as CNC laser cutters, turret punch presses, brake presses, and robotic welding cells to fabricate server rack frames, rails, and panels.
- Material Handler : Inventory Staging: Supply manufacturing operators and assembly lines with raw materials (e.g., sheet metal coils, structural steel) and hardware components (e.g., cage nuts, screws, casters, PDU brackets).
- Production Assembly: Assemble fabricated sheet metal parts into structural server rack cabinets, data center cages, and open-frame racks using hand tools, air tools, and rivet guns.
- Inspect finished racks for scratches, uneven powder coating, misaligned doors, or missing hardware before final packaging.
- Securely pack finished server racks using protective foam, shrink wrap, and strapping bands to prevent damage during transit; secure units onto heavy-duty pallets.
