Role and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of products while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. You will support logistics operations by handling transportation tasks and ensuring smooth delivery execution.
- Ensure secure and timely delivery of products to customers or businesses through efficient transport handling
- Verify orders before and after delivery to confirm accuracy and completeness
- Assist with loading and unloading items from delivery vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving delivery issues
- Follow assigned routes and adhere to scheduled delivery timelines
- Prepare and maintain delivery-related documentation and paperwork
- Operate vehicles and equipment such as cars, trucks, or forklifts as required
Required Skills and Experience:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive safely in varying weather and traffic conditions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift and transport packages as required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in delivery processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Experience operating forklifts or similar machinery is an advantage
