Certified Home Health Aide

## Overview

Adoration Home Health and Hospice is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide to join our team in Saddle Brook, NJ. This is a full-time position with office location Saddle Brook, NJ and coverage area: Bergen County. ### How you will help patients

You will provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and complete proper documentation using Home. Care Home. Base EMR. Daily work includes assisting clients with personal care and home management tasks. That can mean helping with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks. Home management duties include basic housekeeping, shopping, and related tasks.

### Who we're looking for

We seek candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years.
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record as defined by agency policy.
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care.
• Ability to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting; may be expected to lift up to 75 lbs. Candidates must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

You will use Home. Care Home. Base EMR for documentation and work collaboratively with nursing staff while often working independently in the field.
