Providing personalized service to participants of Structured Settlements, the full-time Customer Service Representative II will respond to inquiries via phone, mail, or fax, ensuring high-quality assistance and follow-up while working independently in Amarillo, TX. Key responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through recorded phone lines and written correspondence Research and analyze customer service inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses Assist in completing paperwork for various benefit transactions and process participant change requests Required qualifications Preferred 3+ years of experience in insurance, particularly with annuity products Some college education preferred Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume environment
