Hiring Now: Experienced Forklift Operator

Looking for a stable first-shift opportunity with a company that rewards hard work? We're hiring an experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in North Charleston, SC.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Limited or no overtime
• Consistent full-time schedule

Pay:

• Starting at $18.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience
• Opportunity to increase to $20.00 per hour upon full-time hire and successful performance

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks
• Transport raw materials and finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recent forklift experience
• Ability to safely operate a forklift in an industrial environment
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Steel-toe boots required
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

Work Environment:

This is an industrial manufacturing facility that handles carbon black, a fine black powder. The building is not climate controlled, and employees, clothing, and personal items will become covered in carbon dust (similar to soot) during the workday. This is a normal part of the job.

The good news? The facility provides on-site showers so employees can clean up before heading home.
