The SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Project Analyst is responsible for supporting the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP EWM solutions. SAP EWM is an advanced warehouse management system that supports high-volume warehouse operations including inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, labor management, and complex logistics execution. This role ensures successful project delivery, alignment with business objectives, and optimization of warehouse processes.

Core Responsibilities

Supports SAP EWM implementation and enhancement projects from planning through SIT, UAT, go-live and Hypercare

Supports new site launches across network, deploy system Implementations, and Network Optimization

Manage project timelines, scope, budget, and resources across cross-functional teams

Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into system solutions

Triage ongoing issues and support of business operations

Drive solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities

Oversee integration with SAP ECC/S4, TM, and external systems (e.g., WCS, scanners, EDI)

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Ensure proper documentation, SOPs, and training materials are developed

Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives

General Expectations

Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels

Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and company standards

Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies

Support and mentor team members, including analysts and consultants

Maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and system integrity

Required Skill Set

Strong expertise in SAP EWM (configuration, warehouse processes, RF, labor management)

Project management experience (JIRA/Agile/Waterfall methodologies)

Knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration points

Experience with Distribution warehouse operations and logistics processes

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities

Experience with barcode scanning, automation (WCS/MFS), and EDI preferred

Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and training development

Ability to support cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
