Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent located in Midtown Atlanta. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, negotiating property deals, preparing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The agent will also stay updated on market trends and maintain a thorough knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Real Estate License
• Proven skills in Customer Service, Real Estate, and Sales
• Knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with real estate software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
