About the Role
The Deputy Chief of Staff serves as the strategic deputy and trusted partner to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief of Staff. Acting as an extension of the CEO's Office, this executive operates in a generalist capacity, leading special projects, driving strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring enterprise priorities are executed effectively.
Rather than owning a single business function, the Deputy Chief of Staff is deployed wherever executive leadership requires additional capacity, analysis, coordination, or execution. The role serves as the CEO Office's right hand, helping transform strategic priorities into measurable results.

What You'll Be Doing (Core Responsibilities)
Strategic Initiatives & Executive Projects
Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
Manage high-priority special projects.
Conduct executive research and business analysis.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
Executive Office Support
Serve as deputy to the CEO and Chief of Staff.
Prepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations.
Track executive priorities and follow-up actions.
Represent executive leadership as delegated.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with department leaders to remove obstacles.
Coordinate work across all business functions.
Monitor organizational priorities and escalate risks.
Organizational Improvement
Develop SOPs, policies, and executive reporting.
Identify operational improvements.
Support organizational transformation and M&A initiatives as required.
Executive Communications
Draft executive correspondence and presentations.
Develop dashboards and executive updates.
Ensure follow-through on executive commitments.
Special Assignments
Lead confidential executive initiatives.
Perform additional strategic assignments directed by executive leadership.
