We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to serve as our members’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their experience. Front Desk Associate responsibilities include registering members and program participants in classes, managing pool and program reservations, and providing information about memberships, swim lessons, and other programs. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the customer service field, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our members and program participants.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and program participants and perform all check-in tasks.
- Manage and reply to emails and phone calls regarding swim memberships, programs, and other questions about the facility.
- Provide information about the facility, amenities, and programs.
- Respond to clients’ comments and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update database records.
Skills
- Work experience as a Customer Service Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Experience with computer software, including Windows and Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Customer service attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Other
- Must be available to work 2 weekday evening shifts (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00pm start) per week and must be available to work 2-3 Sunday afternoons per month.
- Year-round position.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.25 - $18.75 per hour
