Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be a self-motivator, with a positive mindset and personality who is dependable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, well groomed, approachable, and is detail oriented who can work sufficiently as an individual and as a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
• Weld and braze components when necessary.
• Build and assemble HVAC units.
• Perform routine maintenance on various HVAC systems.
• Work with refrigeration systems.
• Multitasking.
• Time management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in handling refrigerants and understanding of refrigeration cycles.
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Positive customer service personality.
• Certification or license in HVAC repair is preferred.
