What You'll Do

As one of the first people our clients interact with, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll:

Help clients with payments, policy changes, claims questions, and everyday insurance needs

Work alongside AVa, our proprietary AI-powered teammate, to complete service requests faster and more accurately

Process Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) transactions

Keep client records accurate and organized

Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism, empathy, and urgency

Collaborate with our experienced team to ensure every client receives outstanding service
