As a fully remote Property and Casualty Licensed Customer Care Representative, the successful candidate will manage customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and billing issues while providing exceptional service and navigating multiple systems in a structured environment. Key responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with legal requirements Communicate with customers through various channels and resolve moderately complex insurance inquiries Document customer interactions thoroughly and recognize opportunities for process improvement Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Property and Casualty license required, to be obtained within a designated testing window Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
