Use your expertise in high voltage systems to guide and mentor team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets product requirements, performance goals, and cost targets.

Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in high voltage packaging technology.

Conduct research and analysis to identify potential packaging materials and processes that can improve product performance and reduce costs.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality materials for packaging.

Oversee the design, testing, and validation of packaging prototypes to ensure they meet quality standards.

Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of packaging solutions.

Troubleshoot packaging issues and provide technical support to resolve any issues that may arise.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all packaging designs.

Stay updated on intellectual property rights and ensure all packaging designs adhere to legal requirements.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand customer needs and incorporate them into packaging designs.

Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in packaging design and production.
