Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Superintendent to join our team. As a Superintendent at Modern Stones, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently and effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success.

Duties and Responsibilities.

• Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation
• Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timeline
• Create schedules for workers and subcontractors
• Maintain an accurate and detailed project schedule, prepare and distribute monthly updates
• Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines
• Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
