Payroll Administrator

Please note that this job will start 100% onsite in Westminster, CO. After the initial training period, you will have the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.

LHH Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading construction company to fill their open Payroll Administrator job in Westminster, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You also preferably have experience in the construction industry and/or in a union environment.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $30.00 and $35.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:

-Processing full-cycle payroll for 400-600 employees in a union environment

-Onboarding and offboarding employees in the HRIS

-Running payroll reports

-Maintaining union wage rates

-Responding to payroll questions

-Processing payments of union fringes, taxes, and benefits

-All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

-At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role

-Previous experience in the construction industry preferred

-Previous experience in a union environment preferred

-Previous experience with payroll software such as ADP Workforce Now, Sage HCM, Workday, etc. required

-Excellent attention to detail

-Excellent analytical skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred but not required

Compensation:

-Hourly rate between $30.00 and $35.00
