As the Retail Store Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the store's operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by managing expenses and shrinkage, as well as leading human resources and maintaining merchandising and inventory control following company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain outstanding guest services.
• Manage all aspects of store operations to drive sales performance.
• Implement effective merchandising and inventory strategies.
• Supervise and develop store staff to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 21.
• Previous retail management experience is crucial.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly for over 8 hours a day.
