Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of account management principles and strategies for upselling or cross-selling products/services
- Analytical skills to interpret customer data, sales metrics, and market trends for strategic decision-making
- Experience in marketing support or analysis roles that enhance customer engagement strategies
- Assist outside sales team with customer/product needs
