This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient contract administration, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and litigation support while partnering closely with internal business teams to ensure legal risks are appropriately managed efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate must possess a strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced retail environment.
