Are You Looking for a Meaningful, Flexible Part-Time Opportunity?

What is Papa?

Papa connects compassionate individuals with older adults and families seeking non-medical support for everyday tasks and companionship. As a Papa Pal, you have the freedom to choose when and if you want to accept visits, all while providing support that positively impacts others' lives.

This role is perfect for anyone wanting part-time engagement with a flexible schedule—whether you're balancing another job, studying, or personal commitments. No prior caregiving experience is necessary; just a genuine desire to help others.

Your Visits May Include:

  • Transportation: Giving rides to local destinations.
  • Companionship: Engaging in conversation, enjoying walks, playing games, or simply sharing quality time.
  • In-Home Support: Assisting with light non-medical tasks such as tidying up, laundry, meal prep, and other light duties.
  • Errands: Accompanying individuals on grocery runs and other outings.

Why You Should Join as a Papa Pal:

  • Pay: Earn up to $22/hr*, with typical earnings ranging from $13-$17/hr and potential bonuses.
  • Flexibility: Select visits that fit your schedule and lifestyle.
  • Purpose: Make a lasting impact in someone's life while starting the new year positively.

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
  • Completion of a background check
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer) with active auto insurance meeting the requirements

Join Papa's network of caring individuals and start creating meaningful connections with older adults and families in your community today!

  • Subject to availability and eligibility; actual earnings vary depending on visit type and location.

Papa Pals are independent contractors who choose when and whether to accept visits, not employees of Papa, Inc.
