Phlebotomist Float

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float bilingual in English and Spanish to join our team in Omaha, NE.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday hours will vary between 8am-6pm; Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
High school diploma or equivalent
3 years or more experience as a phlebotomist
Bilingual English and Spanish
In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
As a Float Phlebotomist, you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience. You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations. Phlebotomist may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement.
