Experienced Program Manager - OTA Project (Other Transaction Agreement)

The Program Manager – OTA Project serves as the primary liaison between R.E. Darling Co., Inc., the Consortium Management Organization (CMO), and government sponsors. This role oversees all aspects of OTA program execution, including contract compliance, reporting, financial oversight, stakeholder communication, and internal coordination. The Program Manager manages risk, ensures adherence to DPA, ITAR, EAR, CUI, and other regulatory requirements, and prepares executive-level updates. They lead public relations efforts related to the project and maintain all required program records. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and project management skills, along with significant experience in defense manufacturing, supply chain, and DoD contracting.
