Endeavor Hotel Group LLC is currently seeking a motivated individual to join their team as the Front Office Manager for Endeavor Little Rock located in Little Rock, Arkansas!

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient check-in and check-out processes. As a key member of the hotel, the Front Office Manager will supervise front desk staff, handle guest inquiries, and ensure the front desk operates smoothly.

Specific job responsibilities include:

Leadership and Supervision:

  • Lead with a fun, welcoming energy, creating positive, memorable staff and guest interactions.
  • Supervise and mentor front desk staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Schedule front desk shifts, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  • Train new front desk employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff.
  • Address and resolve staff issues and escalate to the AGM or General Manager as necessary.

Customer Service:

  • Greet guests, providing them with superb customer service.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Ensure a positive guest experience by anticipating and addressing guest needs.

Administrative and Clerical Duties:

  • Ensure the front desk area is neat, presentable, and equipped with all necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
  • Monitor, organize, and forward emails to appropriate personnel.
  • Accept all letters and packages, distributing them to the appropriate departments and personnel as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and files.
  • Process customer monetary transactions accurately.
  • Reconcile Travel Commissions.

Operational Duties:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk during peak times and special events.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures at the front desk.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor and manage room availability, rates, and bookings.
  • Willing and able to fill in as shuttle driver as needed.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. College coursework in related fields is helpful.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel processes, understanding company policies related to customer service.
  • 2+ years Hotel experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills, self-motivation, organized, interpersonal, customer relationship building, time management, and computer literacy.
