To support a dynamic accounting team, the full-time Senior Accountant - Arizona Licensed will manage complex financial reconciliations, month-end close processes, and financial reporting for state regulators while working remotely. Key responsibilities Computes and posts complex transactions into financial systems, preparing detailed financial reconciliations and analyses Researches and corrects errors in the general ledger, ensuring accuracy of financial information Prepares timely reports for state and federal agencies, management, and auditors, maintaining accurate financial databases Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in health care finance, with demonstrated abilities in financial statement preparation and analysis Strong analytical, statistical, and modeling skills Proficiency in computer applications and office desktop software Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple projects
