About the position
Omada International is seeking a Night Shift Machine Operator to support its manufacturing operations by operating production equipment and assisting with the manufacturing of precision aerospace components. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, quality, and experienced production team members to support daily manufacturing needs. This is a hands-on career opportunity in aerospace manufacturing, offering real-world experience on the shop floor and a clear growth path to machinist and lead positions within a fast-growing organization in the stable aerospace industry.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC and other production machinery according to work instructions and safety procedures.
- Load and unload materials and parts into machines and production equipment.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure parts are produced correctly and efficiently.
- Perform basic measurements and visual inspections of finished parts to verify quality standards.
- Report machine issues, damaged materials, or production concerns to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
- Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
- Maintain tools, workstations, and equipment in clean and organized condition.
- Safely handle materials, coolant, lubricants, and other shop substances in accordance with company procedures.
- Move completed products to the next production stage or Quality Assurance area as required.
- Follow all company safety, quality, customer, and regulatory standards.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain a positive team environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Candidates must qualify as a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR regulations.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus.
- Ability to use basic measuring tools such as calipers or gauges preferred.
